About us
We create trips we'd want to be guests on ourselves.
QC Travel grew out of our passion for travel and the belief that a well-planned trip begins long before the first day on the slopes.
For years we have been organising winter trips for ourselves, our family and our friends. In time we started sharing that experience with others too. We don't pick hotels from catalogues or rankings. We look for places we'd want to return to ourselves - with quality, comfort and time spent together in mind.

Our story
How did it start?
We never planned to run a travel agency. We simply love to travel.
Over the years we have visited many places, and with every trip we understood better what truly shapes its quality. Not just the slopes or the hotel category, but also the location, good food, calm organisation and the people who create the atmosphere of a place.
When we became parents, we started looking at trips even more practically. Comfort stopped meaning luxury. It came to mean less logistics, more time together and the certainty that everything had been planned properly.
Friends increasingly asked us to recommend a hotel, help choose a region or organise a trip together. At some point we realised that since we had been doing this for ourselves and our loved ones for years, we could do it for others as well. That is how QC Travel came about.
We named it QC because Quality and Comfort are what matter most to us when travelling. These two values guide every place that makes it into our offer.
Our process
How is a QC Travel trip created?
Every trip begins long before the first day on the slopes.
Before we add a new place to our offer, we spend many hours analysing hotels, talking to owners and partners, and then visiting in person. We are not looking for the properties with the most stars. We look for places where we'd want to spend a week with our family or friends.
After years of travelling we know that the quality of a trip is usually decided by small things that together create a great experience. That is why we pay attention to, among others:
A good night's sleep
A good day on the slopes starts with a good night's sleep.
A few years ago we stayed in a beautiful hotel with very uncomfortable mattresses. That was when we understood how much a good night's sleep affects the whole trip. Ever since, we pay attention to things you often can't see in photos or hotel descriptions.
Location
A good location is not just the distance to the slopes, but convenience throughout the trip.
Over the years we have learnt that a good location is more than the distance to the lifts. We ask ourselves how we'd want to spend a week there. Will getting there be easy? Are there different resorts nearby? What do we do if the weather lets us down for a day?
The restaurant
Good food builds memories just as strongly as a day on the slopes.
After an active day, dinner is one of the moments you genuinely look forward to. We like places where the food is high quality, varied and enjoyable throughout the week. We know from experience that good cooking can lift every single day of a trip - and poor cooking can ruin it.
For children
Children should have their favourite moment of the day too.
We look for places where children can't wait for what comes next - from lessons with instructors, through kids' activities, to splashing about in the pool together. When the youngest are having a great time, the whole family trip takes on a completely different rhythm.
Recovery
When everyone gets a moment to themselves, everyone rests better.
After a day on the slopes it helps to have a place where everyone can recover in their own way. For some that means time together in the pool, for others a quiet moment in the sauna or the wellness area. That is why we choose places that give everyone room to recover. These are the moments that make you come home with energy rather than exhaustion.
People
The best hotels are remembered above all for their people.
You can find a beautiful hotel, but it is the people who create its atmosphere. We like places run by hosts who are genuinely glad their guests have arrived and who make you feel at ease from day one.
In the end we always ask ourselves one question:
Would we want to come back here with our family or friends?
Only if the answer is yes does the place make it into the QC Travel offer.
See the tripsMeet us
QC Travel is the two of us
Each of us brings something different to it.

Agata
Agata is a perfectionist when it comes to planning. She can spend hours comparing hotels, analysing reviews and looking for solutions that later make all the difference on a trip. She handles contact with hotels and partners and takes care of every detail so that our guests can simply enjoy their holiday.
Mateusz
Mateusz looks at trips above all through the lens of experience. He pays attention to the atmosphere of a place, the local food and what time spent together will actually look like. Since becoming a father, he cares even more that both children and parents come home rested and with good memories.
Although each of us notices something different, we make all the important decisions together. If we wouldn't want to spend a week somewhere ourselves, it won't appear in the QC Travel offer.
Safety
You can also trust us formally
A beautiful place is only the beginning. Who takes responsibility for organising the whole trip matters just as much.
That is why we decided from the outset that QC Travel would operate as a tour operator, not an intermediary. As a result, we are responsible for the entire trip - from the moment you book until you are back home.
Licensed tour operator
QC Travel Sp. z o.o. is listed in Poland's Register of Tour Operators under entry number 43627.
Insurance guarantee
Our clients' payments are secured by the mandatory insurance guarantee from SIGNAL IDUNA, in line with the Polish Package Travel Act.
Tourist Guarantee and Assistance Funds
Every trip we organise is covered by statutory protection and by the additional safeguards built into the Polish travel system.
We are with you from start to finish
We help you choose the right trip, answer questions before departure and stay available during your stay. We want the only thing on your mind out there to be the next day in the mountains.
